Highgate is able to accept payments online through Paylease. Below is the link to access the new payment portal. Checks and money orders may still be mailed. Checks should be made payable to Highgate Community Association and mailed to:

Payment Application

The monthly fee is due on the 1^st of every month with a 15 day grace period. Accounts not paid by the 15th of the month, will be assessed a late fee of $25.00.  

Section 3315(i) of the Pennsylvania Condominium Act identifies payment application as follows: interest, late fee(s), costs or attorney fees for collection or enforcement action(s), delinquent balance, and finally the current balance.

Please be sure to remit your full payment, otherwise you will have an open balance on your current monthly fee which will be subject to late fees each month that the balance remains as an open accounts receivable
